These terms of service govern your use of ValidFlow, including account creation, subscriptions and billing cycles, the money-back guarantee, data handling obligations, and acceptable use of the platform and its features.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. ValidFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes. This includes validating project board data quality, running repository delivery risk audits, generating confidence reports, and sharing results with authorised colleagues and stakeholders within your organisation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in British Pounds. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers within thirty days of their first payment, once per customer. If you are not satisfied, contact support for a full refund with no questions asked.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ValidFlow may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, persistent non-payment of fees, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service and its other users.
